Our values
Our foundational values are the core of the culture that guides every project.
Technical vision
We believe in a development approach based on software engineering that ensures robust, secure, and scalable projects. In a sector where immediacy and lack of rigor can compromise quality, at Omitsis we stand for professional excellence, well-designed architecture, and long-term project sustainability.
Close relationship (client)
We focus on a close, empathetic, and flexible approach. We integrate into each project as part of our client’s team, building trust-based relationships. This proximity allows us to deeply understand every business and design solutions aligned with its essence and goals — but above all, to truly become part of each client’s team.
Close relationship (team)
The same closeness we offer our clients is cultivated within Omitsis among our team. In a sector known for high turnover, we have achieved an average team stability of around six years. This allows us to grow together, strengthen talent, foster a positive work environment, and ultimately provide greater stability and value to every project.
