What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the website to work; the others are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link.
Which cookies we use
| Who | Cookie | What for | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CookieYes (on behalf of Omitsis) | cookieyes-consent | Remembers your cookie choice | Necessary | 1 year |
| Omitsis (first party) | omitsis_attr | Remembers the campaign and the ad click that brought you to the website (UTM parameters, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, li_fat_id), to attribute a contact request to them | Advertising | 90 days |
| Omitsis, with Mautic (mautic.omitsis.com, our own server) | mtc_id, mautic_device_id, mautic_referer_id | Recognises the visitor and links the pages viewed to a contact request | Analytics | Session / 1 year / a few hours |
| Google Analytics (GA4, via Google Tag Manager) | _ga, _ga_3JTY38JSYN | Website usage statistics | Analytics | 13 months |
| Google Ads | _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_gb and, in local storage, _gcl_ls | Measures ad conversions and optimises the ads | Advertising | 90 days |
| LinkedIn (linkedin.com) | bcookie, li_gc, lidc, __cf_bm | Measures LinkedIn ad conversions and audiences; li_gc stores your cookie choice on LinkedIn and __cf_bm is bot protection | Advertising | 1 year / 6 months / 1 day / 30 minutes |
Cookies that are not necessary are not set until you accept them. We use Google’s Consent Mode: until you accept, Google stores no analytics or advertising cookies.
Third-party cookies
Google (Analytics and Ads) and LinkedIn are third parties that process the data under their own terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Mautic is Omitsis’s own tool, hosted on its servers in the EU, and shares no data with third parties.
How to manage them
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie preferences”. You can also delete them from your browser; if you delete the necessary ones, the website may not remember your choice.
