The “Digital Kit” is the grant program through which SMEs and self-employed individuals can benefit from economic aid to boost the digitalization of their company.
The program allocates 3.067 billion euros, coming from the European Union’s Next Generation funds, within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

- Accessibility: the design will comply with the AA level conformity criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines.
- Self-manageable: the site will be provided with a content management platform so the client is autonomous when modifying the content of the web pages, without needing to resort to Omitsis technical support and after receiving training.
- Basic online positioning: includes basic business information, contact and company profile on the main sites, business networks or business and professional directories.

Customer management
Through the Zoho Creator ERP we offer the possibility to digitize and optimize the management of commercial relationships with your customers.
Specifically we can implement solutions for
- Customer management: store and consult the data of each of your customers, from their registration as a business opportunity, and simulate the purchase of products or contracting of services.
- Potential Customer (Leads) management: register new Leads manually or through file import. The data associated with Leads will allow their commercial management with the objective of converting them into customers. Additionally, you can parameterize business rules for Lead assignment according to different criteria.
- Opportunity management: manage all business opportunities that involve sending quotes and estimates to potential customers or Leads. Additionally, you can check the status of each opportunity (under analysis, offer presented, in negotiation, won, canceled, etc.).
- Commercial actions or tasks: the tool implemented by the Digitalizing Agent of your choice will allow you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
- Reporting, planning and commercial tracking: you will be able to perform tracking through indicators (KPIs), opportunity lists, and others, with different levels of information aggregation according to your needs. You will also be able to generate reports for tracking and monitoring your commercial activity, considering efficiency ratios, phase status, pipeline and other measurable attributes (like products, quotes, etc.), and according to channels, profiles, roles and/or commercial phases. These reports will be able to show, at least, monthly data, accumulated and/or comparative data between different commercial periods.
